  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Products reported beyond the 48-hour return window

Refund Process

Refunds (for approved cases) will be issued via bank transfer or an agreed-upon method, since we operate on Cash on Delivery.

Exchanges
